Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery

We use trusted international shipping providers, including FedEx, DHL, or other reputable carriers.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders of £40 or more: Free Shipping

  • Orders below £40: £5 Shipping Fee

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will assist customers with delivery issues and comply with applicable legal obligations regarding delayed, lost, or undelivered orders.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from the United States to the United Kingdom.

SCENT MAVEN arranges the applicable import clearance process and covers applicable import duties, clearance fees, and import taxes associated with the delivery of your order.

Customers are not expected to pay additional customs charges or import taxes upon delivery.

If you receive an unexpected customs payment request, please contact our customer service team before making a payment so we can assist you.

7. Complimentary Fragrance Samples

Eligible purchases of full-size fragrances and fragrance gift sets include a complimentary 2ml fragrance sample.

This complimentary sample allows customers to experience a fragrance before opening the purchased full-size product.

Customers may test the complimentary sample without automatically losing eligibility for a return of the associated purchased product.

Returned full-size fragrances and gift sets must meet the applicable return conditions.

Complimentary samples are provided as promotional gifts and are not available for separate cash redemption.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

SCENT MAVEN offers a 14-calendar-day return period for eligible products, beginning on the day after delivery.

Customers may request a return within this period if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, purchased full-size fragrances and gift sets must remain unused, with their packaging and any applicable hygiene seals intact.

Customers are encouraged to test the complimentary 2ml fragrance sample before opening their purchased full-size fragrance or gift set.

Testing the complimentary sample does not, by itself, affect eligibility for a return of the purchased product.

United Kingdom Consumer Cancellation Rights

UK consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, consumers generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including to qualifying sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Our return conditions do not restrict or replace applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, customers may request the remedies available under applicable consumer protection law, regardless of the standard change-of-mind return conditions.
